Overlooking The Pool (Heated in Winter Months)

Welcome to our holiday home!
Our superior totally refurbished,one-bedroomed ground floor apartment is situated in the heart of the Royal Palm Complex, an area known as the Plaza. Stepping down from the large balcony, is one of the two freeform swimming pools. This is the larger of the three pools on the complex and is heated from October to April.It is surrounded by an area for sunbathing. The great thing about the Royal Palm complex is there are no charges for the sunbeds or umbrellas around either of the pools.

The balcony not only captures the early morning sun, but keeps it all day long, until evening, ideal for alfresco dining.

The balcony contains a table, 4 chairs, parasol and two sunbeds, with padded cushions to make sunbathing a much more pleasurable experience! The Royal Palm complex has a lifeguard to watch the pools during the day, while security patrols at night.


Superking sized bed ...... large light and airy lounge, extra sleeping facilities..... comfortable double sofa beds Our apartment decorated in a practical and modern style with a fully equipped, brand new kitchen, luxurious super-king sized bed, for space and comfort and a new fresh bathroom suite, plus two extremely comfortable double sofa-beds. In the large lounge and dining area, double glazed doors open onto the balcony and its pool view. There are two double metal action bed settees situated in here. There is satellite TV/DVD/CD player.

We have a double bedroom which contains one brand new super king-size bed. There is ample wardrobe and drawer space. This room contains bedside cabinets, a dressing table with mirror plus a hairdryer. There are two double glazed doors - again opening out onto the large sunny balcony. The balcony captures the sun from early morning until sundown.

The blue and white bathroom suite comprises
of a bath with shower,
a vanity sink unit
with mirror and toilet.

The blue & white fitted kitchen contains every modern convenience and is fully equipped with plenty of cups, bowls, glasses, cutlery and, crockery, a washing-machine, 4 ring electric hob,a fully integrated fridge/freezer, oven with grill, and a microwave oven, plus kettle, toaster, sandwich-maker, an iron and ironing board
