Our beautiful ground floor,light and airy studio apartment, situated in a tranquil, floral courtyard, is conveniently
positioned between the pools on Royal Palm.
We love it as it's secluded position makes it the perfect location for a relaxing holiday. We have chosen to decorate it using cool Mediterranean blues and whites, with practical, contemporary furniture. It has a King sized bed, plus a large sofa-bed which easily converts into a double bed.
It has a lovely south-facing balcony with 2 sun beds, patio table, parasol and 4 chairs. Ideal for sunbathing during the day, or enjoying a glass or two of Rioja in the evening.

The Ground Floor studio apartment has a comfortable King size bed with luxurious furnishings, a curtain divides the bedroom area from the lounge providing additional privacy if required.

Plenty of wardrobe space, a dressing table,
with mirror and bedside cabinets.
There is a hairdryer for your convenience.

The large, well appointed lounge is light and airy
and provides extra sleeping with this quick and
easy, comfortable,double sofabed. The well-equipped kitchen contains washing-machine, microwave, ceramic hob, cutlery and crockery.The apartment
also contains a halogen oven, iron and
ironing board.

We have decorated the studio apartment in a modern style and it contains practical,
contemporary furniture. It is fully equipped
with flat screen TV receiving satalite channels
such as BBC1, ITV, Sky Sports & many others,
a CD player and a DVD with a small varied
selection of CD's and movies.

The blue and white bathroom suite comprises
of a vanity unit with large mirror,
shaving point, toilet and
bath with powerful
shower over.

The private sunny balcony has two sunbeds, a large parasol, plus a table with chairs for Alfresco dining. Soft foam mats for the sunbeds are provided - making sunbathing a much more pleasureable experience.

We can admire the Royal Palm Trees from the large sunny, south facing balcony. Sunbath during the
day, then enjoy a lovely glass of Rioja while watching the sun set in the evening.
